I had a really sweet week grocery shopping… sadly, Mr didn’t keep the receipts.
Happy I can tell you I got:
6 boxes of Kashi Go Lean for $6 (HECK YEH I DID)
14 boxes of Honey Nut Cheerios for $22
A ridiculous amount of yoghurt for $5 (something like 12 tubs of yoplait, 4 x 4 packs of immune boost dannon, 6 tubs of dannon, and 6 of those yoghurt drinks)
One of the misconceptions about coupons is that it is mostly highly processed, not so good for you foods. While there are a lot of coupons for these, there are also a lot of cereal and yoghurt (both staples in our house). And I am all about getting things we need in our fridge or pantry to keep us healthy and happy at a discount. When I discovered couponing, I swore I wasn’t paying full price for yoghurt and cereal again… and we have had a steady supply of each since.
(I grocery shop at Kroger, Meijer and Wal-mart if you were wondering)
